Welcome to the Cedi MVP System! Where you can fight bigger and stronger monsters in teams and get good equipments, gain the prestige that comes with good leadership and being on a good ass-kicking team along with much much more! If you still have questions or any confusion after reading this guide that we do not answer well enough, feel free to ask a GM for assistance; that's what we're here for.

To get started with your Cedi:

Meet Marvin.
marvin
Marvin is an old card collector located in Yuno (Coordinates 146, 191). Every two hours he will ask for a random card and offer you Cedi points in return for your card/s, which you can rack up and then when you get enough Cedi points to purchase a Nectar, you can use them to begin your cedi experience. (Warning, Marvin will take ALL of the one card in your iventory he is asking for! If you have 5 whisper cards in your inventory and tell Marvin you have his cards, he will take all five! So put what you want to keep in storage!)

You can whisper Marvin at NPC:Marvin with any message and he will tell you the current Cedi card he wants and how many Cedi Points he'll give you for that card, along with your current Cedi Points balance that you've accumulated.

Meet TimTom
TimTom
(Yuno Coordinates 115, 288). TimTom is a collector of Cedi, which is an old currency obtained only by giving Marvin cards he has asked for. TimTom will offer to sell you four different kinds of Nectar in exchange for your Cedi points from Marvin!

ClearNectar Clear Nectar for 125 points
YellowNectar Yellow Nectar for 250 points
RedNectar Red Nectar for 500 points
BlueNectar Blue Nectar for 1000 points

The Tapestry
Tapestry

After purchasing your Nectar from TimTom you must take it over to the Yuno Tapestry(Coordinates 210, 312) to use it and summon your Boss monster. Once you give the tapestry the Nectar all party members on the same map will be warped into the instance you started to begin the fight! Commands on all these cedi maps are disabled and no donates are allowed.

ReadyForCthulhu

(Tiers D, C, and B take place at the Yuno Tapestry, Tier A Blue Nectar however must be placed deep in the bowels of the undersea lair of Cthulhu in the bottom levels of the Byalan Island Dungeon level 5.)

The four different nectars listed above along with a Bio Sample that the party leader receives after each MvP kill, will allow you and your party to warp into different Boss battle instances called tiers. Each nectar has its own specific tier that brings you to fight a specific set of monsters that are random each time. These special MvP monsters will range from moderate in difficulty to severe in the later tiers. Make sure you have a good party that can respectively listen, take direction and definitely work together because it gets tougher each tier!

Bio Samples: After completing a tier the party leader will instantly receive a Bio Sample the second the MvP is killed, which you can take back to TimTom to qualify for the next tier and buy a higher up nectar. Below are the different Bio Samples that each tier will drop upon completion that you need in order to advance.
Tier D drops: 1 Bio Sample BioSample
Tier C drops: 1 Quality Bio Sample QualityBioSample
Tier B drops: 1 Pristine Bio Sample PristineBioSample
Tier A drops: 1 Consummate Bio Sample ConsumateBioSample

You must succsessfully complete each tier in order, starting with tier D and recieve the different Bio Samples to advance to the next tiers. Make sure your Bio Samples are in your inventory when you go back to Timtom to buy your next color of Nectar.

Below is a chart showing the Nectar required for each tier and their price of Cedi Points you exchanged cards for, along with their ending Bio Sample drops that are required to continue to the next hardest tier. You need to have gotten two of each bio sample before you can enter the realm of Cthulhu in Tier A. Which means 8 tier D's, 4 tier C's and 2 Tier B's total must be completed.

CediTable

The Consummate Bio Sample at the end of Tier A is taken back to TimTom and exchanged for a Bloody Card Album. A Bloody Card Album is not too unlike an Old Card Album, the difference being that the Bloody Album once opened will give you any random MVP card in the game. So your getting an MVP card guaranteed once you complete tier A and that's only one of the prizes!

Below are all of the possible MVP's that one is chosen at random to spawn for your cedi run.

Tier D Monsters:
- Detale Prime
- Strong Baphomet
- Strong Dark Lord
- Strong Doppelganger
- Strong Dracula
- Strong Eddga
- Strong Lord of Death
- Strong Osiris

Tier C Monsters:
- Thanatos Prime
- Baphomet Prime
- Osiris Prime
- Dark Lord Prime

Tier B Monsters:
- Bacsojin Prime
- Garm Prime

Tier A Monster:
- Cthulhu

Prizes:
TheChest
At the end of each tier when the MVP is killed, a spinning chest will appear in the center of the room! In this chest are prizes for the entire party that the party leader has the power to delegate to another player who did an outstanding job, or simply put the treasure chest items into the party lotting treasure pool.

LootDistribution

After the party leader has finished distributing the goods, each person can go through the items and lot for what they want. Whoever rolls the highest number on an item in the chest gets the item right before your warped out back to the Yuno tapestry!

At long last, here are the rewards for each tier that we have in store for you and your party to get after you have all banded together, defeated and conquered the Cedi MVP System! (full item descriptions coming soon, though these are already available in game.)

CediTreasure

(If you have any requests or ideas you'd like to see put into the treasure chests, always feel free to let us know! We will always take suggestions and consider what you have to say.)

Hint Spoiler: If in the event you ever get a Purified Bio Sample from TimTom after a tier A, you may want to save it for our second cedi~ with an all new group of tiers and all new array of harder monsters! Third classes watch out, you've still got a challenge.
